Ingredients
6 Vegetarian lotus balls, 6 Vegan shrimp steaks.
Ingredients of sauce

4 White mushrooms, Ginger scrap (a little), Sesame oil (5g), Potato flour - water mixture (6g), Black pepper (1g), Vegan mushroom powder (2g), Salt ( a little).

Methods
1. Stir-fry vegetarian lotus ball and vegan shrimp steak in 160℃ oil for 4 minutes then nicely arrange on the plate after cooked.
2. Heat sauce until boiled as a dip.
