1 Vegan abalone, Vegan assorted vegetable ball (60g), Chinese cabbage (360g), Vegan meat chunk (120g), 8 Straw mushrooms, Ginger scrap ( a little), Sesame oil ( a little), Vegan seasoning powder (2 g), 1 Mushroom.

Ginger scrap (2g), Water (150g), Vegan mushroom powder (4g), Potato flour – water mixture ( a little), Soy sauce ( a little), Salt (1g).
|1. Slice the vegan abalone first. |
2. Put Chinese cabbage in the boiling water until boiled.
3. Stir -fry Ginger scrap in the sesame oil first then add Chinese cabbage, vegan
meat chunk and mushroom in. Continue to stir-fry until cooked then add a little
of vegan seasoning in it.
4. Spread mushroom in a big round plate then nicely arrange vegan abalone in
order around the edge. Add the other ingredients in then steam it for about 20
minutes. You can add a variety of vegetables as garnishment.
