6 Vegan meat balls, 6 chestnut, 6 Baby corns, 6 Vegan shrimp ball, Black fungus ( a little), 2 Vegan butterfly shrimps, 3 Carrot fancy flower carvings, Baby mustard leaf ( 260g).

Ingredients of sauce

Salt (2g), Vegan mushroom powder (2g), Potato flour – water mixture (25g).

1. Slice the Black fungus first.
2. Clean up Baby mustard leaf and chop it the put in the boiling water until boiled.
3. Spread Carrot fancy flower carvings in a big round plate. Add vegan meat ball
 and Baby mustard leaf in then steam it for about 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle sauce and add few drops of sesame oil over vegan meat ball then serve.
