6 Vegan budhi balls, 5 Chinese red dates, 6 Vegan assorted vegetable balls, Bok Choy (280g), 6 Straw mushrooms, 4 Taros, 10 Lotus seeds, 4 White Chinese yams, water (1000g).
Chinese herbs pack
The roots of Chinese angelica (10g), Ginseng tassel (10g), Chuanxiong (5g), 6 Goji berries.
A little bit of salt.
1.Clean up Bok Choy then chop it. Put in the boiling water until boiled.
2.Clean up and chop Taros and White Chinese yams.
3. Mix above ingredients together then add Chinese herbs pack in. Steam for 40 minutes until cooked.
